アプリ名: 国当てゲーム - 国旗・地理クイズ / World Atlas Quiz

BukoPy Labs（以下「当方」）は、当方が提供するモバイルアプリ「国当てゲーム - 国旗・地理クイズ」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 本アプリが収集しない情報

本アプリは、利用にあたってアカウント登録を必要としません。当方は、本アプリを通じて、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所、正確な位置情報、連絡先、写真、カメラ、マイク、決済情報など、利用者を直接特定する情報を収集しません。

2. 端末内に保存される情報

本アプリは、ゲームの進行と利便性のため、次の情報を利用者の端末内に保存します。

• プレイ回数
• 正解数、出題数
• 最高連続正解数
• 表示言語などのアプリ設定

これらの情報は利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーには送信されません。アプリを削除する、または端末の設定からアプリデータを削除すると、これらの情報も削除されます。

3. 広告配信について

本アプリは無料で提供され、広告配信のために Google AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）を利用します。

Google AdMob は、広告の表示、広告効果の測定、不正利用の防止、広告品質の改善などの目的で、広告識別子（IDFA、Android 広告 ID など）、端末情報、IP アドレス、アプリの利用状況、広告に関する情報、診断情報などを収集・利用する場合があります。これらの情報は Google のポリシーに基づいて取り扱われます。

当方は、本アプリ内に保存されるスコアや設定情報を、広告識別子と結びつけて利用者を識別する目的で利用しません。

4. トラッキングと広告設定

iOS では、広告のためのトラッキング許可を求めるダイアログ（App Tracking Transparency）が表示される場合があります。許可しない場合でも本アプリは利用できますが、表示される広告の関連性が低くなることがあります。

Android では、端末の設定から広告 ID のリセットや広告パーソナライズ設定を変更できます。詳しくは、利用者がお使いの端末または Google アカウントの広告設定をご確認ください。

5. 第三者提供

当方は、本ポリシーに記載した広告配信事業者である Google を除き、本アプリの利用者情報を第三者に販売または提供しません。

ただし、法令に基づく要請がある場合、利用者または第三者の権利・安全を保護するために必要な場合には、必要な範囲で情報を開示することがあります。

6. データの管理、保持、削除

本アプリが端末内に保存するゲーム記録や設定は、利用者がアプリを利用している間、端末内に保持されます。これらの情報は、アプリの削除または端末の設定によるアプリデータ削除により削除できます。

7. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、特定の年齢層のみを対象としたアプリではありません。当方は、本アプリを通じて子どもから氏名、メールアドレス、住所などの個人情報を意図的に収集しません。

保護者の方は、お子さまのアプリ利用状況および広告設定をご確認ください。

8. セキュリティ

当方は、本アプリで取り扱う情報について、適切な管理に努めます。ただし、インターネット通信、端末、ソフトウェアの性質上、完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたはアプリ内でお知らせします。変更後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載された時点から適用されます。

BukoPy Labs ("we", "us", or "our") provides this Privacy Policy for the mobile app "World Atlas Quiz" / "国当てゲーム - 国旗・地理クイズ" (the "App").

1. Information the App does not collect

The App does not require account registration. We do not collect, through the App, information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone number, address, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or payment information.

2. Information stored on your device

To provide gameplay and app preferences, the App stores the following information on your device:

• Number of games played
• Correct answers and total questions
• Best answer streak
• App settings such as display language

This information is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers. You can delete it by uninstalling the App or deleting the App's data from your device settings.

3. Advertising

The App is provided free of charge and uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to serve ads.

Google AdMob may collect and use information such as advertising identifiers (IDFA, Android Advertising ID), device information, IP address, app activity, advertising data, and diagnostics for ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and improving ad quality. This information is handled under Google's policies.

We do not use the scores or settings stored locally in the App to identify you by combining them with advertising identifiers.

4. Tracking and ad settings

On iOS, an App Tracking Transparency prompt may appear for advertising-related tracking. If you do not allow tracking, you can still use the App, although the ads you see may be less relevant.

On Android, you can reset your advertising ID or change ad personalization settings from your device or Google account settings.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share user information from the App with third parties, except for Google as the advertising provider described in this Policy.

We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of users or third parties.

6. Data management, retention, and deletion

Gameplay records and settings stored by the App remain on your device while you use the App. You can delete them by uninstalling the App or deleting the App's data from your device settings.

For information collected by Google AdMob, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy and advertising settings.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed only to a specific age group. We do not knowingly collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or addresses from children through the App.

Parents and guardians should review their children's app usage and advertising settings as appropriate.

8. Security

We take reasonable care in handling information related to the App. However, no method of transmission, device storage, or software operation can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through this page or within the App. The updated Policy becomes effective when posted on this page.
